This page an example of Ventura instruments available from C. Bruno Distributors in 1970. It seemed to be a banner year for imports under the Ventura Marque, as they began to import mandolins and banjos using the Ventura name too! I think this is about the time they started putting the "Designed in the U.S.A. - Crafted in Japan" logo stickers inside the soundhole of the acoustic guitars. Ventura seemed to be particularly fond of copying Martian guitars. Though they made their share of Gibson copies as well. Click any image to enlarge, and enjoy!
